Can I use the printer I already have?
Most 58 mm and 80 mm thermal printers that speak ESC/POS work over Bluetooth, USB or Wi-Fi. Send us the model number and we will confirm before you pay.
Does it print without internet?
Yes. Bluetooth and USB printers need no network at all, and a Wi-Fi printer only needs the shop's own Wi-Fi, not the internet.
Can the bill be in Hindi or Marathi?
Yes. The outlet chooses the bill language, and dish names can be written in both scripts.
58 mm or 80 mm: which should I buy?
58 mm Bluetooth for one counter or a cart. 80 mm for a busy counter and for the kitchen, where several phones print to the same machine.
