Shipping and delivery policy

The software

mezBill is software used online: nothing is shipped for it. Your plan is active as soon as the payment is received, usually within a few minutes, and you keep using the same app and web console. The invoice is in the web console under Subscription.

The printer that comes with a plan

Every plan includes one 58 mm Bluetooth thermal printer, charged once with the first payment. When you pay, you can keep the printer ticked and give a delivery address, or untick it ("I already have a printer") and pay the software price only; then nothing is shipped.

A replacement printer bought from us later is shipped the same way.

Where we ship

We ship within India only, by courier, to the delivery address given at payment.

When it arrives

The printer reaches you within 3 to 5 working days of the payment. Remote areas can take a little longer.

Shipping charge

There is no shipping charge: delivery is included in the plan price (and in the price of a replacement printer).

Tracking

When the printer is dispatched we send the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp or SMS to the phone number given with the address.

Damaged or not working on arrival

If the printer arrives damaged or does not work, tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the parcel and the printer, and we replace it or refund it as the Refund and cancellation policy says.

Wrong address or parcel returned

Please check the address, pincode and phone number before paying. If the courier cannot deliver because the address is wrong or incomplete, or nobody receives the parcel, it comes back to us; we call you to confirm the address and send it again at no extra charge. Write to us quickly if you notice a mistake: we can correct the address until the printer is dispatched.
