Does it work without internet?
Yes. Each phone keeps the menu and its own bill series, so you can bill and print with no signal. Bills, payments and KOTs go up to the cloud when the phone is online again.
What if the phone stays offline all day?
It keeps billing. The bills wait on the phone and go up when it is next online.
What happens if a phone is lost?
Switch it off from the web. It stops billing at once, and the bills it already synced stay safe in the cloud.
Can I use the printer I already have?
Most 58 mm and 80 mm thermal printers that speak ESC/POS work over Bluetooth, USB or Wi-Fi. Send us the model number and we will confirm before you pay.
What does it cost?
Plans start at ₹499 a month including GST, with a 30-day free trial and no card needed. A late payment never stops the counter.
