Each waiter takes the order on their own phone. The kitchen gets a printed KOT while the waiter is still at the table.

Does it work without internet?
Yes. Each phone keeps the menu and its own bill series, so you can bill and print with no signal. Bills, payments and KOTs go up to the cloud when the phone is online again.
Can I use the printer I already have?
Most 58 mm and 80 mm thermal printers that speak ESC/POS work over Bluetooth, USB or Wi-Fi. Send us the model number and we will confirm before you pay.
Can two waiters take orders at once?
Yes. Each waiter orders from their own phone, and several phones bill at the same time on every plan. Every phone has its own bill series, so two phones never print the same bill number.
Do I need GST to use it?
No. A shop without a GSTIN bills with no tax lines. Your dishes keep their tax rates, so when you register you add the GSTIN once and every bill after that is a tax invoice with CGST and SGST.
I use another billing app. Can I move my menu?
Yes. Export your items and customers to Excel from your old app and import them. Numbers, prices and categories come across.
