Does it work without internet?
Yes. Each phone keeps the menu and its own bill series, so you can bill and print with no signal. Bills, payments and KOTs go up to the cloud when the phone is online again.
How many waiters can order at the same time?
Starter has two phones, Standard five and Pro ten per outlet, and you can add a phone for ₹99 a month. Every phone has its own bill series, so two phones never print the same bill number.
Can I use the printer I already have?
Most 58 mm and 80 mm thermal printers that speak ESC/POS work over Bluetooth, USB or Wi-Fi. Send us the model number and we will confirm before you pay.
I use another billing app. Can I move my menu?
Yes. Export your items and customers to Excel from your old app and import them. Numbers, prices and categories come across.
What does it cost?
Plans start at ₹499 a month including GST, with a 30-day free trial and no card needed. A late payment never stops the counter.
